Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Production Manager to oversee the planning and execution of event production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead event production, plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects from kickoff to post-event wrap
• Manage vendors & partners, select and supervise suppliers, contractors, and production crew to ensure quality and timeliness
• Oversee budgets & logistics, manage production while optimizing for cost-efficiency and quality
• Solve in real-time, troubleshoot on-site issues, and ensure seamless execution under pressure
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative account and technical teams to align on project vision and delivery
• Mentor & lead, inspire and grow the production team through hands-on leadership and development
