Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in F&B Operations or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a specific area of production in the kitchen.
• Manage staff to uphold quality and standards.
• Prepare high-quality food orders following prescribed recipes.
• Monitor kitchen materials and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate menu items and event information to staff.
• Perform routine inventory control tasks.
• Supervise operational staff to ensure compliance with standards.
• Guide and train kitchen crew to foster team motivation.

Skills

Fluency in English

Knowledge in various cuisines

Proficiency in MS Office
