Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service in the restaurant.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations.
  • Contribute to menu development and daily specials in line with restaurant standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff and front-of-house to ensure smooth service.
  • Supervise line cooks and other kitchen staff; ensure quality and consistency of dishes.
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a professional kitchen.
  • Excellent culinary skills with knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
