Job Role Summary:
  1. Monitor supply movement and be responsible for your area.
  2. Ensure minimal kitchen wastage.
  3. Maintain and communicate knowledge of the product to all relevant personnel.
  4. Learn and record skills and recipes from other team members.
  5. Report any maintenance issues to the Head Chef immediately.
  6. Follow all Goodwood policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory laws.
  7. Communicate with the Head Chef/Sous Chef and implement new menus, dishes, or systems where applicable.
  8. Ensure compliance with statutory laws, such as food hygiene policies.
  9. Be versatile and willing to assist the restaurant kitchen during busy times if needed.
