Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and other personal care tasks
• Accompany clients on errands or outings and provide transportation if needed
• Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities like playing cards or walks
• Monitor health by taking vital signs, observing skin condition, and administering medications as prescribed
• Maintain a clean environment through light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and changing bed linens

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred
• Experience with elderly clients in a home setting is preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and families
• Patience and understanding for challenging behaviors
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) without assistance
