Qualifications

• 8 years proven track record in quality management.
• Experience in establishing QMS from scratch is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define quality requirements for equipment layout and manufacturing processes.
• Lead the setup and qualification of new production lines.
• Develop and implement Eaton's Quality Management System based on ISO standards.
• Build and lead the Quality team across all workstreams.
• Drive Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
• Prepare all quality-related documents.
• Promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
• Implement Lean tools and Eaton Business System practices.
• Provide accurate reporting on quality KPIs.
• Act as a core team member in improvement projects.
