About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Butlers Manager to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island

Responsibilities
  • The Villa Manager is responsible for the daily operation of Guest & Butler Services in the hotel and Villas the resulting guest satisfaction through high level of management & proactive leadership and coordinating services that directly influence the guest experience in Rooms Division. Having responsibility for the ultimate service we provide in the Villas for our guests
  • Lead, motivate, and continuously develop the team to maximize productivity, departmental revenue, guest satisfaction, and department COS scores.
  • Recognize all repeat and important guests, build rapport, develop personal guest contact, obtain preferences, and proactively anticipate guest needs and requirements.
  • Handle escalations and concerns, resolve them, and notify the proper areas and responsible persons to guarantee a memorable experience for guests.
  • Oversee and lead the team efficiently and ensure all Butlers report to their daily assignments on time and are properly groomed and dressed according to Jumeirah grooming standards.
  • Monitor VIP guest/customer arrivals and inspect Villas to ensure special arrangements are ready upon arrival. Coordinate with other departments, notably front office, to manage VIP guest requests.
About You
  • 2–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, butler services, guest relations, or facilities operations within high‑end hotels, private residences, or premium service environments.
  • Strong leadership and operational skills, with a solid understanding of health & safety standards, service excellence, and day‑to‑day coordination of staff, maintenance, and guest requirements.
  • Highly organized and discreet professional with excellent communication, problem‑solving abilities, and resilience in fast‑paced, service‑driven environments.
