Location : Dubai / Riyadh

What You’ll Do

  1. Lead end-to-end business development in Saudi Arabia & MEA region – identifying gaps, pitching solutions, and driving long-term contracts.
  2. Build a high-value client success pipeline, ensuring clients achieve tangible success with Nuclei’s platform.
  3. Take complete ownership of the Saudi & MEA market strategy, with accountability for revenue and growth metrics.
  4. Drive business development (BD) efforts – from identifying opportunities to closing strategic deals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver localized solutions that resonate with the market.
  6. Represent Nuclei in the region– leading discussions with senior stakeholders and building long-term relationships.
  7. Report directly to the Business Head, taking full ownership of your region with minimal handholding.

Who You Are

  1. 6–8 years of experience in BD and client success / account management, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise solutions.
  2. Native or fluent Arabic speaker, with exceptional communication in English and strong cultural understanding of Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.
  3. Proven track record of managing CXO-level relationships and driving measurable business outcomes.
  4. Proven ability to negotiate and manage strategic accounts independently.
  5. Deep understanding of KSA’s regulatory and business landscape.
  6. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work without extensive handholding.
  7. Self-driven, strategic thinker, and comfortable leading initiatives independently.
