A leading technology firm in Dubai is looking for a Business Controller to act as a strategic finance partner to the Product and Technology teams. The role requires robust financial control, oversight of financial reporting, and the ability to translate financial metrics into actionable business insights. Applicants should have strong experience in finance, ideally within a technology environment, and possess skills in stakeholder engagement and communication. This position offers a unique chance to influence product strategies in a dynamic tech setting.
At NebXcore, we specialize in transforming operational complexity into streamlined performance. Since our inception, we've partnered with companies across industries to design and implement operational processes, key performance indicators (KPIs), and team structures that integrate seamlessly with their existing systems. Our mission is to enhance business efficiency at every level, helping our clients turn strategy into measurable action.
From suppliers to end clients, we digitize each step of the supply chain to ensure complete cargo visibility and control. Our solutions include route optimization, real-time tracking, security protocols, and seamless transport management, from producer to port and beyond. This end-to-end visibility reduces friction, minimizes delays, and increases resilience in your logistics network.
The Business Controller will act as a strategic finance partner to the Product and Technology teams, ensuring robust financial control, transparency, and commercial insight across the platform.
While retaining full accountability for core financial control responsibilities, this role is designed to bridge the gap between finance and product by translating financial outcomes into business and product performance insights, and vice versa.
The role requires a technically strong Financial Controller with the communication skills, commercial mindset, and business acumen to influence non-finance stakeholders in a fast‑paced technology environment.
