Antal International is a Global Recruitment agency HQ in Dubai, We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive (BDE) responsible for driving the growth of the agency by acquiring new clients in UAE (businesses seeking talent) and retaining existing ones.
Role is open to freelancers based in UAE.
Key duties
Market research to identify potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and delivering business proposals and presentations, achieving sales targets, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, attending industry events, and staying informed about recruitment trends to ensure the agency's competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and prospect potential clients (companies that need to hire) through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Sales & Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling sales strategies, presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Strategic Growth: Implement strategies to increase the agency's market share and revenue by expanding existing client relationships and acquiring new business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to develop and execute promotional activities and support overall business goals.
- Event Representation: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote services and expand the network.
- Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports on activities, progress, and results for senior management.
