What you will own and do :
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the interior design, construction, real estate, and hospitality sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, and procurement heads.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to contract closure.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demos for clients and consultants.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and installation) to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or project sales in the window blinds, fit-out, or interiors industry in the UAE.
Proven track record in handling large-scale commercial or residential projects.Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.Strong network within construction, interior design, or real estate industries.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.Experience working with developers, consultants, and contractors in the UAE.Knowledge of window blinds products, shading systems, or soft furnishings is an advantage.Arabic language skills (preferred but not required).
