An established IT services company based in Dubai is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth initiatives across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop and close new business opportunities within the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision makers and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver professional business proposals and presentations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines and forecasts.
  • Represent the company at meetings, networking events and industry forums.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of UAE experience with at least 2 years in a management or senior business development role.
  • Proven background in business development, sales or account management.
  • Experience or exposure to the IT industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
