Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and customer needs in the ICT industry. (CCTV/firefighting installation) (not product sales)
  • Analyze market data and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans for growth.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision‑making authority.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ICT solutions and services that meet their needs and add value to their business.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including ICT solution architects, technical experts, and project managers, to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Track performance against targets, and report and KPIs.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management ತಂಡ projects pipeline, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in ICT business development, with a successful track record_establishing targets and driving revenue growth.
