Business Development Executive - Culinary Training Division

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities within the culinary training sector. Develop strategic plans to target and engage high-end culinary institutions and professionals.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with culinary schools, restaurants, and catering businesses. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients interested in our chef and pastry chef training programs.
  • Program Proposal Development: Design and propose customized training solutions that align with client needs. Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure the highest quality of training content and delivery.
  • Sales Growth & Target Achievement: Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding targets for enrollment in training programs. Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and expand our client base.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing and culinary teams to develop promotional materials and strategies that highlight the unique value of our training programs.
  • Event Coordination & Representation: Organize and represent the company at industry events, workshops, and seminars to showcase our training programs and expand our network.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record in business development or sales within the food service industry. Experience in promoting educational or training programs is a plus.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of culinary arts, with particular emphasis on chef and pastry chef training. Familiarity with industry trends and client needs.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
