Job description
  • Trade Base Oil in bulk flexibags Ex-tank and tank truck arrangements.

  • Support ship chartering duties including charter party agreements and fixture negotiations.

  • Handle post-fixture cargo operations coordinating with cargo surveyors shipping agents brokers and terminal operators.

  • Prepare and manage trading and cargo documentation such as Delivery Orders (DO) Bills of Lading (B/L) Purchase Orders (PO) and Voyage Orders.

  • Oversee storage tank operations ensuring accurate stock maintenance and inventory control.

  • Manage bulk vessel operations including loading/unloading activities and bulk cargo transportation.

  • Ensure smooth execution of import/export procedures with working knowledge of Incoterms and related documentation.


Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Logistics Maritime Studies or a related field.
  • 45 years of relevant experience in base oil trading shipping operations or related logistics functions.

  • Hands-on experience with chartering processes and shipping operational documentation.

  • Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade practices will be an added advantage.

  • Strong coordination skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders in operations and supply chain.

  • Attention to detail in documentation and compliance with trade regulations.
