About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Associate to join our UAE team. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities maintaining strong client relationships and positioning Carrier as a trusted partner in climate and energy solutions. The ideal candidate will drive lead generation manage key accounts and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management
  • Implement the key account strategy and achieve assigned KPIs.
  • Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts in the UAE market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of assigned clients.
  • Research and identify potential business opportunities in target sectors.
Client Outreach & Relationship Building
  • Conduct outreach through email phone calls and social media to introduce Carrier and its services.
  • Engage in effective communication to articulate the value proposition and benefits of our products and services.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
Sales Support & Coordination
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations proposals and contracts.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow‑ups.
Market Research & Reporting
  • Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular updates to the team on market insights and potential opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems and generate reports on KPIs sales metrics and pipeline status.
Role Purpose

Responsible for establishing maintaining and strengthening long‑term relationships with UAE market key accounts. Work to position Carrier as a world leader in climate and energy solutions and services showcasing Carriers capabilities to create value and become the trusted partner for strategic customers and ultimately the clients first choice.

Minimum Requirements
Qualification
  • Engineering graduate (preferably Mechanical)
  • MBA is an advantage
Knowledge
  • UAE Market & Government Sectors
  • HVAC solutions is a plus
Experience
  • 13 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • UAE driving license required
