One of our clients in Dubai is looking for Business Centre Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • The Business Centre Manager is responsible for the overall management, profitability, and smooth operation of the Business Centre. This role oversees day-to-day operations, client relations, sales and leasing, team management, financial performance, and compliance, ensuring high service standards and optimal utilization of facilities.
  • Sales & Business Development
    • Drive occupancy levels through leasing of office spaces, desks, and meeting rooms.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
    • Conduct client tours, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
    • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate clients.
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the Business Centre, ensuring efficient and uninterrupted services.
    • Ensure all facilities (offices, meeting rooms, common areas) are well maintained and operational.
    • Implement and improve operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
    • Handle client concerns, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
    • Ensure timely renewals of agreements and upselling of additional services.
  • Financial & Administrative Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and operational reports.
    • Monitor revenue, expenses, invoices, and collections to ensure profitability.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and local regulations.
    • Maintain accurate records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Team Leadership & HR Coordination
    • Lead, supervise, and motivate the Business Centre team (front desk, sales, operations staff).
    • Assign duties, set performance targets, and conduct regular performance reviews.
    • Coordinate staff schedules, training, and development activities.
    • Foster a professional, service-oriented, and collaborative work culture.
  • Marketing & Brand Representation
    • Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to enhance brand visibility.
    • Represent the Business Centre in networking events and client meetings.
    • Ensure consistent brand standards across all client-facing areas.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in business center management, serviced offices, real estate, hospitality, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in sales, operations, and team management.
  • Knowledge of UAE business practices and regulations is an advantage.
