• Gather and translate business and technical requirements into BRDs.
• Manage stakeholders between Technical IT partner and Business partners.
• Plan project delivery timelines and ensure achievement.
• Design insightful screens and reports through wireframes.
• Manage escalations.
• Ensure testing of new developments adheres to SLA.

Job description

This is a remote position.

Functional Responsibility

• Responsible for gathering and translation of business and technical requirements into business requirement documents for the development team
• Responsible for stakeholder management working as a mediator between Technical IT partner and Business partners.
• Responsible for project management planning project delivery timelines and achieving it.
• Responsible to design Insightful screens and reports through wireframes.
• Responsible for managing escalations.
• Ensure testing of the new developments/ new products are planned and executed as per the SLA agreed with the client.

Process Adherence

• Prepare and retain project documentation like BRD FSD Project Plan sign-off emails etc. for audit requirement.

Requirements

1. Essential Qualification: Graduate. PGD/MBA will be preferred

2. Experience:

• 1-6 years
• Preference will be given to candidates who are having experience of working on BI & Analytics projects in a bank/BFSI or IT projects related to the credit / risk / operations unit of the bank.

3. Skills / Qualities required:
