Job Description:
1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand functional, non‑functional, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze end‑to‑end customer journeys across Digital Channels, including Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Branch, and Contact Center.
- Document current‑state and target‑state processes, identifying gaps and proposing improvements.
2. User Story Creation & Backlog Management
- Translate business requirements into clear, complete, and testable User Stories in Azure (ADO).
- Create acceptance criteria where applicable.
- Prioritize and refine the product backlog in alignment with product owners and development teams.
3. Digital Channel Expertise
- Deep understanding of Retail Banking digital processes such as:
- Customer Onboarding & KYC
- Digital Account Opening
- Retail Loans & Credit Products
- Customer Servicing Journeys
- Payments, Transfers, and Card Management
- Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards in digital banking.
4. UI/UX Collaboration
- Review and validate Figma Designs, ensuring alignment between business requirements and the UX/UI delivery.
- Collaborate with design teams to enhance customer experience and ensure feasibility of designed flows.
5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work with architecture, development, QA, and operations teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies—planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support testing teams by clarifying requirements and validating UAT outcomes.
6. Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams.
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Manage expectations and negotiate scope where required.
- Strong domain knowledge in Retail Banking products and Digital Channels.
- Good understanding of Onboarding, Retail Lending, and other customer journey workflows.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps for user story management and backlog tracking.
- Ability to interpret and validate Figma design prototypes.
Analytical & Documentation Skills
- Expertise in process mapping (AS‑IS / TO‑BE), BRD, FSD, wireframes, workflow diagrams.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Ability to break down complex requirements into actionable items for engineering teams.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Ability to work in agile, fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
