The Budget Controller will be responsible for developing and implementing budget plans, monitoring expenses, and providing financial insights to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement budget plans for the organization, in line with the company's goals and objectives
• Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure compliance with budget plans and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their budget needs and provide guidance on budget management
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve the company's financial performance
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and timely processing
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
• Provide training and guidance to staff on budget management and financial processes
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in budget management to continuously improve processes and strategies
