Qualifications

• 6-8 years experience in brand strategy, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors.
• Proven experience developing multi-brand or lifestyle concepts.
• Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and youth-driven culture in the UAE/GCC.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear brand frameworks, tone of voice, and visual identity guidelines.
• Lead market and consumer insights research.
• Design integrated campaigns with creative and operations teams.
• Support new concept creation and brand refresh initiatives.
