Your Tasks
  • Drive revenue, market share and profitability for NIVEA Face Cleansing and Labello across the Middle East.
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans, launches and relaunches aligned with long‑term business strategies.
  • Lead category data analysis (retail audit research) and convert insights into actionable strategies.
  • Build best‑in‑class consumer communication and influencer campaigns by working closely with global and local agencies.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Shopper Marketing, Media, eCommerce, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver business KPIs.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and monitor performance of brand initiatives.
  • Ensure product supply and operational excellence across end‑to‑end category processes.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably with a focus on Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG brand management with a strong emphasis on commercial execution.
  • Proven expertise in marketing planning, market insights analysis (especially using Nielsen) and budget management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down market share, pricing, assortment and competitor positioning by channel.
  • Hands‑on experience in developing and executing communication plans and activation strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage brand budgets end‑to‑end, including planning, reporting and alignment on deviations.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with trade marketing, sales and supply chain teams.
  • Execution‑driven with a strategic outlook; able to lead key projects while delivering business KPIs.
