We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Arabic speaking Brand Designer with a strong background in brand to join our team. You’ll report into the Regional Consulting Director as well as our Global Brand Creative Director, helping to build, nurture, and grow long‑term partnerships with our key clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ business challenges, anticipating needs, and translating those into distinctive brand systems, identities, experiences and solutions.
As a Brand Designer, you will create brand identities and design systems that connect with culture, customers and colleagues. You will translate strategic intent into distinctive, high‑quality design across touchpoints, partnering closely with strategy and client teams. A flair for Arabic typography and localizing global brand strategies into regional‑first brand systems and identities. You will play an active role in shaping holistic brands for our clients by understanding how strategy, visual, verbal and experience design elements work together.
You will contribute across a range of accounts and projects, leading the development and execution of identities, design systems and integrated expressions.
You will collaborate with strategists, creatives and account teams to ensure design decisions stay on‑brief and on‑brand from concept through delivery.
This role is based in our Dubai office (hybrid: 4 days in office, Friday WFH) and is suited to someone with 6+ years experience in brand design and identity systems.
