Job Summary

We are looking for a capable and experienced Branch Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Madurai branch. The ideal candidate will manage the BIM, CAD, and Operations teams, ensure accurate tracking of attendance, process payroll, and maintain regular reporting to senior management. This is a leadership role requiring strong organizational and team management skills, with a clear understanding of technical and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise BIM, CAD, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and inter-team coordination.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including workflow, team productivity, and task delegation.
  • Handle staff attendance monitoring, leave tracking, and ensure timely collection of attendance data.
  • Administer payroll processing in coordination with HR/Finance, including salary calculations, deductions, and overtime.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on project status, team performance, attendance, and payroll to the head office.
  • Act as the main point of contact between branch office teams and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in office, team, or project management.
  • Familiarity with BIM/CAD workflows and engineering/design project environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
