Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Barista in a hotel café or restaurant (1-3 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of coffee beans, brewing methods and specialty coffee preparation.
• Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming and beverage ratios.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming and adherence to hotel appearance standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately and deliver beverages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the café station and follow hygiene standards.
• Process orders through the POS system accurately and handle billing.
