Job Overview:As a Bellman at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, you play a crucial role in creating a positive first and last impression for our guests. Your warm and professional demeanor, combined with efficient and courteous service, ensures that guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Arrival and Departure:
    • Greet arriving guests with a welcoming smile and assist with luggage handling.
    • Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about the resort's facilities and services.
    • Assist guests during the check-out process, handling luggage and transportation arrangements.
  • Handle guest luggage with care, ensuring it is transported to and from rooms promptly.
  • Provide assistance with packing and unpacking if requested by guests.
  • Maintain knowledge of the resort layout to guide guests efficiently.
  • Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with the front office, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
    • Provide information about local attractions, transportation options, and resort services.
  • Guest Assistance:
    • Offer assistance to guests with special needs or requests.
    • Act as a resource for guests, answering questions and providing information.
  • Safety and Security:
    • Maintain a vigilant eye on the arrival and departure areas, ensuring the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
    • Report any suspicious activity or concerns to the appropriate department.
  • Valet Services:
    • Provide valet services for guests' vehicles, ensuring efficient and secure parking.
    • Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest request.
