    • Offer product demonstrations and samples to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Sales & Product Promotion
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
    • Stay updated on promotions and ensure attractive product displays.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Keep up with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
    • Gain deep knowledge of the brands products, features, and benefits.
    • Educate customers on product use, techniques, and aftercare.
  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain an organized and fully stocked product display.
    • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
    • Assist with restocking and merchandising.
  • Customer Relationship Building
    • Build long-term customer relationships to encourage loyalty.
    • Handle feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring quick resolutions.
