What you’ll do

• Supervise and coordinate all operations within the beach and wellness areas ensuring seamless service and impeccable presentation.
• Execute and monitor daily opening and closing procedures maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization and safety.
• Lead, train and motivate team members to consistently deliver exceptional experiences that embody Dorchester Collection values.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of sun loungers, cabanas and wellness spaces ensuring a relaxing and inviting environment for residents and guests.
• Support beverage and wellness service operations ensuring smooth coordination and personalized attention.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring every detail is handled with care.
• Maintain accurate inventories of supplies and equipment while monitoring usage to ensure efficiency and readiness.
• Enforce hygiene, grooming and safety standards to guarantee a secure and professional environment.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance the overall resident experience.
• Contribute to meetings and assist in developing innovative wellness and leisure offerings.

What you’ll bring

• Proven supervisory experience in a 5‑star hotel, resort, luxury residence or wellness environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for service and wellbeing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; polished, empathetic and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities and maintain composure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance in alignment with Dorchester Collection grooming standards.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Minimum High School education; higher education or wellness/hospitality certifications preferred.
