Qualifications

• 1-2 years bartending experience, specifically in the Pool bar.
• Ability to upsell each time with each customer.
• Thorough understanding of all beverage items and cocktail recipes.

Job Description

• Prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.
• Be fully knowledgeable about all bar products and cocktail recipes.
• Able to upsell each time with each customer.
• Provide a high standard of quality and efficient/friendly service.
• Prepare mise en place and perform side duties.
• Collect all general requisitions and food and beverage requisitions.
• Strictly adhere to opening and closing procedures established for the outlet and check beverage stock.
• Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all beverage items and prepare garnishes for each cocktail accordingly.
• Ensure that the bar counter and surrounding area are kept clean and organized at all times.
