Job description

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes.

• Take beverage orders from guests and servers.

• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar including restocking sanitizing and inventory control.

• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

• Provide menu recommendations and upsell premium products when appropriate.

• Adhere to all hotel and local health safety and hygiene regulations.

• Assist with bar setup and breakdown before and after service hours.

• Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications :

• Experience as a bartender preferably in a hotel or upscale hospitality setting.

• Knowledge of mixing garnishing and serving drinks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and stand for extended periods.

• Bartending certification or hospitality training is a plus.
