Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages to brand standards
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment efficiently and safely
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming café environment
• Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and taste
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations
• Manage stock levels, including beans, milk, and consumables, and report shortages
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately where required
• Support team members during busy service periods
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and UAE food safety standards

Requirements
