Job Title: Barista - El-Ain
Salary: 1100 per month

We are currently looking for an experienced and customer service focused Barista to join our team in El-Ain. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be knowledgeable about coffee and tea varieties and preparation techniques, and be passionate about providing a great customer experience.

The main duties of the Barista position include:

• Prepare drinks such as coffee, tea, espresso, cappuccino and latte using high-end coffee machines
• Serve customers with exceptional hospitality and efficiency
• Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently
• Ensure the cleanliness of all utensils used in preparation of drinks
• Keep the café clean and organized at all times
• Follow standard operating procedures for preparing beverages according to company standards
• Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly to customer inquiries

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience working as a barista at a reputable café or restaurant is required
• Knowledgeable about various types of teas, coffees, herbs, spices etc. is preferred
• Possess strong organizational skills to ensure smooth workflow in a busy cafe environment
• Ability to multi-task under pressure while maintaining high standards for quality control
• Immigrant status is welcomed
