As the Automotive Content Manager, you will own the end-to-end content strategy for our new car business, aligning editorial output with broader company goals. The position oversees a comprehensive multimedia roadmap covering vehicle pricing and specifications, daily automotive news, and in-depth car reviews across written content and video/YouTube platforms.

The role is primarily focused on the DriveArabia brand, with some contributions for dubizzle. Beyond production, the position plays a key role in elevating our digital identity by driving audience growth on social media and establishing thought leadership among industry peers on LinkedIn.

This role involves leading a dedicated content team and working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality content that engages diverse automotive audiences while generating measurable business impact.

In this role, you will:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive multi-channel content strategy (Web, YouTube, Social) that drives audience growth, engagement, and measurable revenue.
  • Oversee the end-to-end production of new car content—including vehicle specs, pricing, editorial news, and video reviews—ensuring a consistent voice and high visual quality of content.
  • Establish and enforce high visual and editorial standards for all output; serve as the final sign-off for key content pieces to ensure accuracy, tone, and brand compliance.
  • Manage presence across all major social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), actively fostering community engagement while building relationships with industry influencers and brand advocates.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a diverse team of writers, videographers, and social media specialists, ensuring effective delegation and a high-performance creative culture.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and SEO best practices to monitor KPIs, track competitor trends, and identify market shifts, using these insights to refine editorial direction and report success to stakeholders.
  • Act as the guardian of the brand’s online reputation, leading responses to user engagement and ensuring all user-generated content aligns with company values.
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders (e.g., customer service, product, sales) to ensure alignment in messaging, manage the company's online reputation, and execute joint initiatives that maximise reach and impact.
