• Provide support and assistance to technicians and mechanics in the repair and maintenance of marine engines.
• Assist with disassembling and assembling engine components.
• Hand tools and equipment to technicians as needed.
• Help organize and maintain the inventory of parts, tools and equipment.
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized and well‑stocked.
• Clean and prepare engine parts, tools and work surfaces.
• Aid in setting up, maintaining and cleaning tools and equipment.
• Perform general support tasks such as fetching tools and running errands within the workshop.
• Learn from experienced technicians and mechanics to improve skills and knowledge of marine engines.
• Follow all safety protocols and proper handling procedures for tools and hazardous materials.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure efficient workshop operations.
