Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead and grow their commissioning advisory practice. The successful candidate will expand the advisory services team and manage complex projects throughout the Middle East. Candidates should possess over 15 years of commissioning management experience, ideally obtained in the GCC region, along with a strong record of business development and client engagement. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategy and impact high-profile projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in commissioning management with significant GCC exposure.
• Proven track record delivering commissioning advisory services on large, complex projects in the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of international commissioning standards (ASHRAE, CIBSE, BSRIA, NEBB).

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the Commissioning Advisory services team.
• Define service offerings and go-to-market strategy.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UAE and wider Middle East.
• Prepare proposals and technical submissions for Commissioning Advisory services.
• Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, developers, and contractors.
