Job Description
Revenue Strategy & Management
- Lead revenue management initiatives for the property, optimising occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and RevPAR.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns to identify revenue opportunities.
- Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
Distribution & Channel Optimisation
- Manage all online and offline distribution channels to maximise revenue and market visibility.
- Ensure content accuracy and rate parity across OTAs, GDS, and direct booking platforms.
- Drive initiatives to increase direct bookings and enhance channel performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse guest segmentation, booking patterns, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and insights for senior leadership to support informed decision‑making.
Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Support
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to align revenue strategies with promotions, campaigns, and guest experience initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to operational teams on revenue‑driven decisions, pricing, and packaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in revenue management or related analytics within luxury, lifestyle, or resort properties.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills; proficiency in revenue management tools and Excel.
- Knowledge of GCC hospitality markets is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for optimising revenue and driving property performance.
