Revenue Strategy & Management
- Lead revenue management initiatives for the property optimising occupancy Average Daily Rate (ADR) and RevPAR.
- Monitor market trends competitor pricing and booking patterns to identify revenue opportunities.
- Develop forecasts budgets and financial reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
Distribution & Channel Optimisation
- Manage all online and offline distribution channels to maximise revenue and market visibility.
- Ensure content accuracy and rate parity across OTAs GDS and direct booking platforms.
- Drive initiatives to increase direct bookings and enhance channel performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse guest segmentation booking patterns and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and insights for senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with Sales Marketing and Front Office teams to align revenue strategies with promotions campaigns and guest experience initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to operational teams on revenue-driven decisions pricing and packaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Finance Business or related field.
- 35 years experience in revenue management or related analytics within luxury lifestyle or resort properties.
- Strong analytical numerical and reporting skills; proficiency in revenue management tools and Excel.
- Knowledge of GCC hospitality markets is highly desirable.
- Strong communication organisational and teamwork skills.
- Passion for optimising revenue and driving property performance.
