Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the daily operation of the Sunset Bar ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times.
  • Supervise bar and service staff providing guidance support and motivation.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality beverages and food service following established standards.
  • Monitor bar ambiance and cleanliness to maintain a welcoming and memorable atmosphere.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Staff Management
  • Assist in scheduling training and evaluating team members.
  • Ensure staff adhere to grooming standards service protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Support onboarding of new employees and conduct refresher training when needed.
  • Foster positive team engagement and uphold company values.

Qualifications :
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in bars lounges or restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology bar operations and service standards.
  • Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Basic financial and inventory management knowledge.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
