A leading construction management firm is seeking an experienced construction supervisor to assist in overseeing day-to-day construction activities and monitor project progress. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction supervision within PMC or large-scale infrastructure projects in the UAE. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with expertise in construction methods and project management software.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Resident Engineer in overseeing day‑day construction activities and project progress.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is performed in accordance with project specifications and schedules.
• Monitor construction methods, materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders including consultants, contractors and local authorities to resolve technical issues and site challenges.
• Review and approve construction shop drawings, method statements and material submittals.
• Monitor quality control procedures and ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
• Assist in reviewing contractor claims, variations and progress payments.
• Support the Resident Engineer in preparing project documentation, reports and correspondence.
• Attend project and coordination meetings as required.

Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably within PMC or large‑scale infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in landscape and infrastructure projects.
