Overview

The Assistant Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting Relationship Managers in the delivery of best‑in‑class service to a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients. This includes managing documentation, onboarding, account opening, ongoing KYC requirements, and acting as a reliable secondary point of contact for clients.

Client Details: Our client is a leading international private asset manager with a strong presence in the UAE and a diversified global client base.

Responsibilities
  • Support RMs with day‑to‑day management of HNW/UHNW client portfolios.
  • Prepare, coordinate and process KYC, onboarding, account opening and periodic reviews for individual, corporate, foundation, and offshore structures.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and internal policies across all documentation and due diligence processes.
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, requests, and administrative deliverables.
  • Liaise with compliance, onboarding, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of client documentation.
  • Maintain accurate client records, monitoring key deadlines and proactively identifying outstanding requirements.
  • Support RMs with client reporting, credit requests, product documentation, and transactional follow‑ups.
  • Assist with preparation of client presentations, reviews, and portfolio summaries.
Profile
  • 2-5+ years' experience as an ARM/Client Service Officer within private banking or wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of client onboarding, KYC, CDD/EDD, and account‑opening procedures.
  • Experience handling complex structures (foundations, corporates, offshore entities, trusts, and individuals).
  • Knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, including local AML/KYC guidelines.
  • Excellent client communication skills, with experience dealing directly with HNW/UHNWI profiles.
  • Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workflows.
  • Proficiency in banking systems, documentation processes, and cross‑functional coordination.
