Candidate Profile

We are seeking a candidate with experience managing large-scale multidisciplinary projects within the UAE and GCC region, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the Middle East.

Role and Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the successful candidate will support project management functions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client requirements. Responsibilities include managing project risks, developing contingency plans, and ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to, along with compliance with Atkins' project management methodology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery: Communicate project scope, fees, deliverables, and schedules; support documentation and risk management; manage scope changes; coordinate resources; report progress; ensure quality standards; assist in financial and contractual management.
2. Financial Management: Understand risk and commercial aspects; prepare invoices; maintain financial records.
3. Client Management: Liaise with clients regarding technical delivery.
4. Administrative Tasks: Prepare invoices, estimates, meeting minutes, schedule meetings, maintain documentation, report project progress.
