About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join Jumeirah Al Naseem.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to brand standards
  • Create memorable dining experiences by engaging with guests and personalizing service based on guest preferences and feedback
  • Drive outlet performance through effective team leadership, motivation, and regular training that enhances service and product knowledge
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives to grow market share and optimize revenue while maintaining cost efficiency
  • Manage inventory, supply requisitions, and cashiering functions to ensure smooth and profitable operations
  • Proactively resolve guest concerns and service escalations, turning challenges into opportunities for guest satisfaction
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Assistant Outlet Manager role with strong F&B background in a standalone/branded restaurant
  • 1-2 years Food and Beverage Experience in a premium Fine Dining Establishment in a 5–star Hotel on a Management level

Keeping operations organized and paying close attention to details so guests enjoy a smooth dining experience
