We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Mobile eXperience team in the UAE. You'll drive brand preference and demand for Galaxy products across the Gulf region, focusing on integrated, data-driven, and digital-first marketing. The role combines strategy and hands-on execution across all channels to ensure strong launches and continuous brand presence.

How You Will Make An Impact:
  • Leverage consumer, campaign, and channel data to craft compelling marketing stories, refine value propositions, and optimize audience targeting and creative assets across the funnel.
  • Conduct monthly analysis of consumer data from internal systems to identify trends and guide marketing strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of 360° mobile campaigns, including launches and always-on activities from brief development to asset localization, approvals, and implementation with agencies and partners.
  • Drive and support marketing initiatives and joint business plans with GCC operators, including co-branded campaigns, device and tariff offers, and tactical efforts to maximize brand visibility and sales.
  • Coordinate ATL and digital activities (TV, OOH, social, programmatic, influencers, CRM, PR) to ensure consistent messaging, optimal reach, and strong engagement for key MX products.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, consumer engagement, and sales impact, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future marketing efforts.
  • Manage daily coordination with creative, media, and activation agencies to ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality execution.
  • Oversee local adaptation and rollout of global and regional Galaxy campaigns, maintaining brand consistency while adapting for Gulf consumer insights and cultural relevance.
  • Support marketing budget planning and monthly tracking for MX campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and timely financial reconciliation.
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally within consumer electronics, telecom, FMCG, or technology, with a strong track record in integrated campaign management.
  • Strong data acumen, with hands-on experience translating consumer, media, and sales data into actionable marketing strategies and optimization plans.
  • Proven ability to manage agencies and partners across creative, media, digital, and events, including briefing, challenging, and evaluating their work.
  • Proven experience in integrated campaign management across multiple media channels and touchpoints.
  • Solid analytical skills, with experience leveraging campaign and sales data to measure performance, optimize strategies, and deliver clear reports and presentations.
  • Experience with dashboards and marketing analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage given the Gulf market.
  • Excellent project management abilities, capable of handling multiple launches and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
