Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation of Bodylines Fitness & Wellness in the absence of leadership.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and maintenance.
• Supervise colleagues and communicate relevant information promptly.
• Provide training to colleagues for their duties.
• Maintain records of recreation items.
• Assist Fitness Instructors with setups for activities.
• Assist with fitness testing and program design.
• Monitor supplies and equipment for operations.
• Comply with health and safety policies.
• Contribute to sales activities to maximize revenue.

Overview

We are currently looking for dynamic, and self motivated Recreation professionals who want to move their careers forward.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire Bodylines Fitness & Wellness club daily operation in the absence of the Department Head or Assistant Department Head
• Ensure that the club maintains the highest standards of hygiene, safety and maintenance at all times
• Control and supervise all colleagues in the club and ensure all relevant information is communicated to them promptly and efficiently
• Assist with providing all colleagues adequate training to perform their duties
• Maintain concise records of all recreation items e.g. towels, furniture, rackets, balls, etc
• Assist Fitness Instructors with set ups for activities, group coaching activities, game supervision and refereeing
• Assist Fitness Instructors with a quality professional fitness program, carrying out fitness testing, evaluations, program design and fitness instructions
• Monitor supplies and equipment needed for continued operation of Bodylines Fitness & Wellness
• Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
• Contribute to sales activities and assist in maximizing revenue
