A global well-being company in Dubai seeks an Assistant Manager - HR Operations to oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, and manage HRIS. The ideal candidate has 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, and strong skills in process improvement and HR systems. The incumbent as the Assistant Manager - HR Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing the day‑to‑day HR operations and employee services functions. This role ensures that all HR operational activities including onboarding employee records management benefits administration and HR compliance are executed smoothly and in alignment with the company’s policies and UAE labor law.
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Certification in HR management or HRIS (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) is an added advantage.
7 years of experience in HR operations or employee services with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Experience in managing HR operations within a corporate environment particularly using HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors.
