On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Assistant Manager – Compensation & Benefit to join our People & Culture team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with developing and proposing compensation packages and policies to attain and attract talent aligned with company’s values and strategy.
  • Enable the execution of benchmarking exercises against market survey providers, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our benchmarking process.
  • Assist with implementing and evaluating current compensation and benefits structures including base pay, incentives, health, and welfare benefits etc.
  • Conduct market surveys to ensure competitiveness of compensation programs, identify gaps and provide recommendations to address opportunities for enhancement.
  • Oversee the administration of annual salary reviews, increase based on performance evaluation, promotions and internal transfers.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness initiatives e.g.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the health plan brokers and third-party administrators.
  • Work with legal and People and Culture teams to mitigate risks related to compensation and benefits.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions related to compensation and benefits awareness.
  • Assist the Director, Compensation & Benefits in developing and managing People and Culture guidelines and functions; re‑assess, review and upgrade schemes and policies to enable the company to maintain a strong market standing.
  • Initiate, coordinate and develop special projects to be submitted to the Senior Vice President - People and Culture to make appropriate operational assessments and recommend cost‑saving measures while maintaining competitive benefits.
  • Implement recognition and rewards programs for employee retention plan.
  • Report directly to the Director, Compensation and Benefits and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
