Job summary

A leading architectural consultancy in Dubai is seeking a skilled Site Inspector to conduct inspections and ensure quality standards on high-rise residential and luxury hospitality projects. Candidates should have at least 8-10 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, and a strong consultancy background in the UAE. Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years of overall experience in site inspection, including civil enabling works.
  • Proven experience with high-rise residential towers and luxury hospitality projects.
  • Must have a consultancy background with minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Monitor compliance with contract documents and regulations.
  • Review and provide comments on shop drawings and method statements.
  • Identify and follow up on non-conforming work and observations.
  • Inspect architectural finishes including masonry and painting.
  • Coordinate with other inspectors to ensure integration and avoid conflicts.
  • Participate in snagging activities and maintain records.
  • Attend coordination meetings as needed.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure architectural and civil enabling works are carried out in line with approved drawings specifications and quality standards.
  • Monitor compliance with contract documents local regulations and industry best practices throughout all construction stages.
  • Review and provide comments on shop drawings material submittals mock‑ups and method statements.
  • Identify non‑conforming work issue site observations/NCRs and follow up to ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Inspect and verify architectural finishes including masonry cladding waterproofing joinery false ceilings painting tiling and other interior works.
  • Coordinate with other discipline inspectors and site teams to ensure proper integration and avoid clashes between trades.
  • Participate in snagging and de‑snagging activities prepare punch lists and ensure timely closure of items.
  • Attend coordination meetings with contractors consultants and client representatives as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections observations and related site documentation.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
