Qualifications

• 8+ years working with Maximo (functional or techno-functional).
• 3+ years in application management.
• Experience with Kronos or similar payroll systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for Maximo & Kronos users.
• Configure and customize applications based on business needs.
• Lead testing and UAT sessions.
• Design dashboards, KPIs, workflows, and reports.
• Manage user accounts and security roles.
• Support integrations with Oracle Fusion, MSAD, and other tools.
