We are currently hiring Application Specialist to be based out of our Dubai office but who is willing and prepared to travel throughout the Middle East particularly to Saudi Arabia where many of our key current and prospective customers are based.

Playing a lead role in the implementation of the TrakCare lab solution the Application Specialist will contribute to the successful and timely deployment of the TrakCare product by providing application knowledge and product delivery services in the functional areas of product implementation requirements scoping field design documentation and change request testing.

The Applications Specialist will act as an expert product resource for customers and will be expected to communicate and prioritize customer requirements to other areas of the business.

Essential

• Excellent communication skills and experience of conducting customer training workshops and/or presentations
• Excellent consultative skills ability to articulate and communicate ideas
• Experience interacting directly with customers including clinicians and confidently delivering strong messaging
• At least 3 years experience working in healthcare and a good understanding of administrative and/or clinical processes
• Experience implementing software solutions
• Experience contributing to a multidisciplined team
• Experience with writing functional documents
• Experience of business process mapping
• Knowledge of Information Systems
• Proficiency in English
• University degreein Science
• Clinical specialty Lab

Desirable

• Experience in communicating with key stakeholders at various levels within healthcare organisations which may be government/public and/or private sector businesses
• Experience with EMR systems
• Exposure to IT services in a customerfacing setting
• Previous experience as an Application or Configuration Specialist
• Previous experience of change management
• Good computer skills
• Experience conducting software testing
