Job description
About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will contribute to driving product growth by assisting in key initiatives across the product lifecycle from early‑stage discovery to post‑launch follow‑up. In this role, you will support the team and work closely with product, engineering, analytics, customer success, and go‑to‑market teams. Your focus will be on coordinating execution, facilitating collaboration, and enabling the delivery of outcomes defined by senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Own
  • Ideation & Opportunity Backlog – Own the maintenance of the opportunity backlog: gather, document, and refine problem statements. Collect customer problems from support tickets, sales calls, feedback, and analytics tools.
  • Planning & Roadmap Execution – Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and task board updates (e.g., Jira).
  • Development Support – Track delivery progress and unblock by resolving issues and clarifying scope. Monitor sprint velocity, burndown charts, and surface blockers early.
  • Testing & QA Coordination – Triage bugs and ensure high‑priority issues are resolved pre‑launch. Monitor regression risks and maintain test case traceability.
  • Post‑Launch & Optimization – Analyze funnel performance and identify improvement areas. Conduct follow‑up research via interviews and surveys to collect user feedback. Run retrospectives and feed insights into future roadmap planning.
Collaborate
  • Market Research & Validation – Collaborate with the research team to support user segmentation and hypothesis framing (with analyst/UX Researcher).
  • Planning & Roadmap Execution – Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with analyst/Engineering.
  • Prototyping & Usability Testing (UX) – Collaborate with UX designers to develop interactive prototypes and user flows using tools like Figma. Support usability testing sessions alongside UX or Analysts by gathering insights and contributing to backlog improvements based on user feedback.
  • Prototyping & Usability Testing (Engineering) – Collaborate with engineering to clarify user stories and reduce delivery ambiguity (with Engineering/analyst).
  • Testing & QA Coordination – Define QA scope and coordinate test execution in partnership with QA/PM.
  • Launch & GTM Metrics – Collaborate with analyst and GTM teams to monitor early signals and anomalies (with Analytics/PMM). Ensure documentation and training support is passed to internal stakeholders (with Support/Sales Enablement/PMM).
Support
  • Ideation & Opportunity Backlog – Support prioritization of problem spaces based on business impact and urgency.
  • Market Research & Validation – Assist in conducting quantitative research such as surveys, funnel analysis, and benchmarks (led by Analytics/UX Researcher). Contribute to competitor research by mapping features and market gaps.
  • Planning & Roadmap Execution – Support sprint rituals and cross‑functional communication (led by team and EM).
  • Development Support – Participate in code review discussions with the team as a non‑technical observer (led by Engineering).
What You’ll Gain

Exposure to strategic, monetization, and commercial product development. Mentorship from experienced product and growth leaders. The opportunity to see the full product lifecycle, from discovery to revenue impact. The chance to make a measurable impact on business and customer KPIs.

Who You Are
  • 2–5 years of experience in a product, project coordination, or user research role (SaaS or digital products preferred).
  • Comfortable working across teams including design, engineering, and sales.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation and execution rigorously.
  • Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, and product analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
